Will likely produce 313 PS (230 kW / 309 hp) and 649 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque
Porsche has been pretty quiet about the upcoming Cajun (Cayenne Junior), but a new report is indicating the model will offer a powerful diesel engine.
According to Autocar, the crossover will adopt an Audi-sourced 3.0-liter V6 that develops 313 PS (230 kW / 309 hp) and 649 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque. While the purists will still howl, the engine handily outperforms the current 3.0-liter V6 that produces 250 PS (184 kW / 247 hp) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque.
The engine is slated to debut in the facelifted Audi Q5, so stay tuned for details.
